Our Story
5 Nairn Road, Deans, Livingston EH54 8AY
Our Livingston Garage, where our Lothian Country services operate from, was acquired from West Lothian Council in 2018. This garage allowed Lothian to expand our operations into West Lothian, connecting places in the area to Edinburgh city centre as well as St John’s hospital and The Centre in Livingston.
The growing garage is home to a dedicated driving team of over 150 drivers and a small engineering team, as well as garage management. In 2019 the staff at Livingston celebrated their first anniversary at the garage with a colleague BBQ. In 2024, Lothian Country’s Service 43 was named ‘Best Bus Service’ at the Scottish Transport Awards.
