Engineering Training

At Lothian we have a strong emphasis on colleague training. We aim to ensure an effective training proposal that supports increased knowledge about current and constantly advancing vehicle technology.

We have also started to plan for the introduction of detailed electrical training as the fleet begins the journey to zero emission technology.

Across 2024, all engineering colleagues will have the opportunity to attend a variety of training courses including those outlined below.
